you, in the telecommunications industry & beyond.
It is a program that
offers unparalleled visibility between partners, including sales process
visibility, customer notes, and commissions reporting.
It is a residual-based
partnership built on the foundation of relationship building and ease of doing
good business.
It is your opportunity
to better manage & respond to your customers’ needs, needs someone else is
currently fulfilling if you are not.
Your
Responsibilities:
Establish a relationship with
the customer.
Ask some general preliminary
questions about their needs.
Find the need and let the SFT1
closer do their job.
Ask if you could have a
Professional Technical Consultant from your team contact them to discuss their
needs in more detail.
Your Agent Partner’s
Responsibilities:
Contact your customer as
quickly as possible.
Ask questions to determine
needs & requirements.
Be in regular contact with the
carrier’s Channel Manager to be aware of price
promotions, when a special can/should be
requested, and specifics of each
carrier’s offerings that may apply to this
customer.
Maintain contact & support for
any services for any customers that purchase
services through our master agency for as
long as that customer uses that service.
Close the sale, complete
paperwork & forward signed agreements to the carrier.
Keep your customer notified as
the order is being provisioned.
Explore ALL current Telecom
services & business needs on an on-going basis.
Develop a relationship of
mutual trust and respect with you & your customer
references.
Telarus/ShopForT1’s
Responsibilities:
Facilitate your relationship
with your partner by offering on-line tools that will simplify how you share
information.
Pay timely commissions based on
your residual split agreement with your agent partner.
Manage corporate relations &
all contractual agreements with all of the vendors offered through this
partnership.
Add additional vendors to our
portfolio as we locate other Telecom-related products & services that would
expand our already robust product offering.
